A Seamless Journey Curating the Golf Experience from Shop to Tee
Challenge
The Summit Golf & Country Club required a modernized Pro Shop that reflected the club's prestigious status and improved the customer experience. The challenge was to create a seamless journey for members that integrated retail, golf-related services, and branded experiences, all within the limited space of the Pro Shop.
Solution
As the design lead, I conceptualized a flexible, customer-centric Pro Shop layout inspired by forced flow retail models. The design featured clear product zones, personalized exit experiences, and a seamless flow from the course to the shop and back. To bring this to life, I developed a cohesive graphics strategy, which included custom signage and communication materials to guide members through key touchpoints, such as seasonal sales, club events, and personal improvement services like club fittings. These design elements ensured a consistent and branded experience throughout the shop.

The Result
The result was a fully immersive Pro Shop that enhanced both the retail and service aspects of the member experience. The design allowed for greater flexibility in merchandising, improved customer flow, and a stronger connection between the retail environment and the overall Summit Golf experience. The clear branding and functional graphics further supported the club’s commitment to providing top-tier services to its members.
